What is the deal for Cyber Monday?

What’s your holiday return policy?
We've extended our return policy. If you make a purchase between Oct 29th and December 24th, good news—you have until January 15th to make a return. Keep in mind, last chance items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Do you have a price adjustment policy?
We will gladly adjust the price of any items purchased within 7 days. Please note that once a price adjustment is applied your order becomes a final sale.
What if an item is out of stock and I want to wait until it is back in-stock to purchase with discount?
Black Friday/Cyber Monday will be the only opportunity you get to shop these deals! Unfortunately, once an item is out of stock we will not be able to honour the same discounts.
Can I put an item on hold to purchase in-store?
We are not holding any products during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday period. Everything is first-come-first-served basis during this period.
How long will it take to process my order?
Given the high volume of orders placed during Black Friday week and Cyber Monday, you can expect a delay of up to 2-7 business days
Can I use a coupon code on top of my discounted order?
All items are not able to be discounted further with coupon codes or any other promotions
Are items purchased on Black Friday week/Cyber Monday a final sale?
Most items are eligible for a return, exchange or store credit. Anything labelled as "Last Chance" is only eligible to be exchanged or returned for store credit. Only our Imperfect Nostalgia Blue denim are final sale.
