Sorry to hear that you’re having an issue with your purchase. We can definitely look into this further for you but we just need a bit more information to get started.
If your order was placed with an outside retailer they have been instructed to help you process your claim. If they are unable or unwilling to do so you can fill out the claim before but you will require to upload your proof of purchase
Our policy covers one year from purchase. If your order is from within that time frame please fill out this form here.
