How do I exchange for a different size?Updated a year ago

Looking for a different size in the same style? Simply follow these steps and you'll be all set:

1. Log into your account at https://shopduer.com/#status-orders select the order you want to return and click the start a return button or visit or exchange page at shopduer.com/exchanges and enter your last Order Number. (You would have received this in your confirmation email and it looks like US12345) & shipping zip code.

2. Select the item(s) you would like to send back and select "Exchange for new waist/length" option

3. Once you confirm your new item, you'll be asked to print a pre-paid return label and mail back the original item(s).

4. Your new order will be processed as soon as the original item is in transit back to our warehouse. Please note the carrier needs to scan the label in order for it to process the new exchange order.
