How do I exchange for a different size?Updated a month ago

Looking for a different size in the same style? Simply follow these steps and you'll be all set:

1.  Visit our exchange page at https://duer.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges and select the appropriate link based on your order number(exchange or return button on top left for orders beginning US or DU, or link right below for orders beginning CA)

2. Once you hit the return portal enter your last Order Number. (You would have received this in your confirmation email and it looks like US12345, CA12345 or DU12345) & shipping zip or postal code.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to send back and select "Exchange for new waist/length" option

3. Once you confirm your new item, you'll be asked to print a pre-paid return label and mail back the original item(s).

4. Your new order will be processed as soon as the original item is in transit back to our warehouse. Please note the carrier needs to scan the label in order for it to process the new exchange order.
