Looking for a different style or color in your exchange? Simply follow these steps and you'll be all set:

1. Log into your account at https://shopduer.com/#status-orders select the order you want to return and click the start a return button or visit our exchange page at shopduer.com/exchanges and enter your last Order Number. (You would have received this in your confirmation email and it looks like US12345) & shipping zip code.

2. Select "Return Now" and then "Shop Now.

3. Select your new item(s) and then the item(s) you are returning, and pay any difference in the balance.

4. Print a pre-paid return label and mail back the original item(s).

5. Once we receive your items, we'll refund any remaining balance to your original payment method. Hang tight - it can take our team up to 1-2 weeks to receive and process your return, and you will be notified as soon as it's been issued.
