Looking for a different style or color in your exchange? Simply follow these steps and you'll be all set:

1.  Visit our exchange page at https://duer.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges and select the appropriate link based on your order number(exchange or return button on top left for orders beginning US or DU, or link right below for orders beginning CA)

2. Once you hit the return portal enter your last Order Number. (You would have received this in your confirmation email and it looks like US12345, CA12345 or DU12345) & shipping zip or postal code.

3. Select "Return Now" and then "Shop Now.

4. Select your new item(s) and then the item(s) you are returning, and pay any difference in the balance.

5. Print a pre-paid return label and mail back the original item(s).

6. Once we receive your items, we'll refund any remaining balance to your original payment method. Hang tight - it can take our team up to 1-2 weeks to receive and process your return, and you will be notified as soon as it's been issued.
