I received the wrong item in my order. How do I get this corrected?Updated a year ago

We're so sorry about that and for the inconvenience this may have caused. We will need your help to correct this: 

 

1. Reach out to [email protected] with your order number and the wrong item that was received

2. Please complete the exchange via shopduer.com/exchanges 

3. Select the item(s) you would like to send back and select "Exchange for new waist/length" option and choose the correct waist / length you wanted

4. Then select "I received the wrong item"

5. Once you confirm your new item, you'll be asked to print a pre-paid return label and mail back the wrong item(s).

6. Your new order will be processed as soon as the item is in transit back to our warehouse.

7. In the case that your item is now out of stock, please reach out to customer service here.
