Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the order was shipped, (During the holiday season anything purchased between Oct 29th and Dec 15th will be eligible for return until January 15th) provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice or receipt.

Last Chance items are eligible for an exchange or return for store credit only in the form of an electronic gift card, within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice or receipt.

Exchanges are always free. Returns are free as well with the following exceptions being charged an $8 restocking fee.

-You are returning 3 or more items for refund (This applies to both first time and returning customers)

-You have made 3 or more returns in the last 6 months

Returns for store credit are never charged a fee and the above instances only apply to refunds.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are assessed on a case by case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from DUER can be returned to us. Any purchases made through a third party retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.

All international orders are a final sale.
