When will my exchange be processed?Updated a year ago

Your new exchange order will be processed as soon as your item is back in-transit to our distribution center. 

Or you may select "Instant exchange" in our returns portal. Your card will be pre-authorized (this will show as a charge) for the value of the items you are returning. This amount will be released when the items are dropped off and in transit (if within 15 days) and the charge will disappear from your statement (not show as a refund) within 5-7 days after we process.

In both instances, once the order is in our system It then may take up to 2-5 business days for us to process your new order.
