When will my exchange, refund or store credit be processed?Updated an hour ago

Your new exchange order, refund or issue of store credit will be processed as soon as your item is returned to our distribution center. 

Or you may select "Instant exchange" in our returns portal if you would like your new exchange order shipped faster. Your card will be pre-authorized (this will show as a charge) for the value of the items you are returning. This amount will be released when the items are dropped off and in transit (if within 15 days) and the charge will disappear from your statement (not show as a refund) within 5-7 days after we process. With an instant exchange your new order flows into our system and shipping queue immediately.

In both instances, once the order is in our system It then may take up to 2-5 business days for us to process your new order.
