Why can I only select store credit as a refund option?Updated a year ago

As outlined in our return policy, on the product page and add to cart (see attached screenshots) that last chance items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit only. This is so that we can continually make sure we are providing the best value to customers who otherwise may have bought the item during the sale or at the sale price.
