Why is my shipping confirmation only showing partial / incomplete items being fulfilled?Updated a year ago
If your package was partially shipped you are most likely receiving your order in 2 separate packages as we are fulfilling orders from multiple locations.
You will receive a second email confirmation once the item has shipped. We'll be sure to follow-up with you to let you know if we see any issues with your order.
In the rare case, items from your order may not be fulfillable due to inventory inaccuracies. If this is the case, our customer service team will follow-up with this ticket to inform you of the situation.
